Van Bentum Recycling Centrale has for 20 years been active in the field of recycling of mineral construction and demolition waste (C&DW) and has therefore become well known as a reliable supplier of substances such as aggregates for road construction Asphalt and concrete industries.

Van Bentum Recycling Centrale (BRC) was founded in 1982. In that year, Willem van Bentum began his operations, recycling mineral construction and demolition waste. In 1984, the first crusher unit was built in Bunnik with a capacity of 50,000 tonnes
of C&DW per year, miniscule compared to the quantities currently processed every day at the present BRC stone crushing unit, the largest in the world.

In recent years, BRC has increasingly developed into a market leader in the recycling of mineral construction and demolition waste (C&DW) and cleaning Tar Asphalt Granulate (TAG). With the commissioning of the thermal treatment unit for processing Tar Asphalt Granulate (TAG), BRC is the largest in this field too.
